This Buttery Salt is made using the “Alzburger process” and is a Special “Flake Salt”, and flavored with Gold Medal’s proprietary Buttery Flavoring. Also very important: Buttery Flavacol Salt mostly will stick to your popcorn during the popping process. *It’s not a Granular Salt, like Regular White Table Salt, which mostly falls or rolls off your popcorn.
